We will consider for any reasonable returns as long as the golf club has not been used (i.e. it has not been hit or with the condition when received). All standard orders take approximately 24 hours to process before they are shipped (We are trying best to get your order on the way as soon as we could). Orders are processed everyday but courier out Monday-Friday (except public holidays). If there is a significant delay, you will be contacted by email.

Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number, once we dispatched your order, tracking number will send to you by an auto email. The courier tracking number may take 24 hours before becoming available on the courier website.

Yes. Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our Auckland showroom by appointment.To ensure your items are prepared and available for collection, please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable pickup time.PDW Golf Showroom📍 6/9 Gooch Place, East Tamaki, AucklandWe also offer professional club fitting, trade-ins and indoor simulator experiences by appointment.

If your item was damaged during shipment, please email us at support@pdwstores.com with evidence or photos, we will get it right for you.

Shipping charge will be calculated when check out by selecting the correct shipping areas. We will contact you by email if the address you’ve provided is not matching with the region you’ve selected.
