PDW Golf Private Lounge

Exclusive Access for PDW Golf Members

The PDW Golf Private Lounge is a private members-only facility operated by PDW Golf and is not open to the general public.

Designed exclusively for PDW Golf customers, the Lounge provides a premium indoor golf experience featuring our Foresight-powered simulator, club testing facilities, lounge area and entertainment space in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Eligibility

Access to the PDW Golf Private Lounge is available only to:

• Registered PDW Golf Members

• Customers who have purchased golf clubs from PDW Golf

• Members holding an active Membership Security Deposit

Membership approval and Lounge access remain at the sole discretion of PDW Golf.

Membership Security Deposit

A one-time refundable Membership Security Deposit of $100 is required to maintain active Lounge access privileges.

The Membership Security Deposit:

• Is fully refundable upon request

• Cannot be used as payment or credit towards products or services

• Does not earn interest

• Will normally be refunded within 5 business days following an approved refund request

PDW Golf may temporarily withhold all or part of the deposit while investigating unpaid booking fees, property damage claims, or breaches of these Terms and Conditions.

Members who request a refund of their Membership Security Deposit may lose Lounge access privileges until a new deposit is paid.

Lounge Rates

• 1 Hour – $69

• 2 Hours – $99

• Additional Time – $25 per 30 minutes

Maximum 4 guests per booking.

Advance reservations are required.

Guest Policy

• A maximum of 4 guests are permitted per booking.

• The booking holder is responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests attending the booking.

• Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Safety

Golf clubs and golf balls can cause serious injury if used incorrectly.

Guests must:

• Ensure all persons remain at a safe distance while a player is swinging.

• Follow all instructions provided by PDW Golf.

• Use all equipment responsibly and safely.

PDW Golf reserves the right to terminate any booking where unsafe behaviour is observed.

Equipment & Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to PDW Golf property, equipment, fittings or furnishings through negligence, misuse or intentional actions.

Charges may apply for the repair or replacement of damaged equipment.

Personal Responsibility

All use of the simulator, golf equipment and Lounge facilities is at the user’s own risk.

PDW Golf accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage arising from misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, or the actions of other guests.

​

Food & Beverages

Guests may bring their own food and beverages.

Any alcohol consumption must be responsible and must not interfere with the safety or enjoyment of others.

PDW Golf reserves the right to refuse entry or immediately terminate a booking where a guest is intoxicated, disorderly, aggressive, or behaving in an unsafe manner.

Cancellations

Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time may be rescheduled or refunded.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time may be non-refundable.

No-shows may result in suspension of Lounge booking privileges.

Total Purchases with PDW Golf: $5,000+

Benefits:

• 10% discount on Lounge bookings

• Preferred trade-in benefits

• Priority access to selected promotions and events

 

Black Member

Total Purchases with PDW Golf: $7,500+

Benefits:

• 15% discount on Lounge bookings

• One complimentary Lounge hour per month

• Complimentary hours accumulate up to a maximum of 12 hours

• Priority access to exclusive offers and new arrivals

• Preferred trade-in benefits

Membership status is automatically updated based on cumulative purchases with PDW Golf.

PDW Golf reserves the right to modify membership benefits, Lounge policies and pricing from time to time.
